  • Glucocorticoids for topical application in the modern treatment of inflammatory dermatoses in pediatric practice

    The article describes the characteristics of a group of topical corticosteroids which is one of the most popular in modern clinical practice, often used by dermatologists and pediatricians for the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses. It has a strong positive impact on the different links in the pathogenesis of many dermatoses and exerts its effects directly in the lesion. The variants of their prescription in pediatric practice that reduce or eliminate adverse effects connected with the structure of skin in the early age.

    Key words: topical glucocorticosteroids, mechanism of action, classification, pharmacological response, options for prescription to children.
