The survey outlines the data in literature for the last 6 years on the issue of dysplasia of connective tissue and hemato-mesenchymal dysplasia in pregnant women and women in labor,  is clearly established the link between hemastasiological syndrome and other manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia. Special attention is paid to processes of gestational adaptation of the system of hemostasis in a normal mode and if patients have an evidence of undifferential dysplasy of connective tissue. It is demonstrated that pregnant women with undifferential dysplasy of connective tissue frequently have pathology of platelet — vascular hemostasis in the form of thrombocytopenia and thrombocytopathy, as well as the weakness of the vascular wall, which manifests itself by capillary bleeding. In the study of coagulation hemostasis in patients with undifferential dysplasy of connective tissue are found the laboratory signs of thrombophilia, which is confirmed by by the structure and etiology of gestation complications.

Key words: connective tissue dysplasia, pregnancy, hemostasis.
