    With Doppler laser flowmetry and the technique of surface and stimulation electromyography, we examined 25 males aged from 30 to 45 y. o., among them 10 healthy people and 15 people with femoral head aseptic necrosis. It was found that the patients with femoral head aseptic necrosis gave decreased microcirculation on the affected extremity in the zones of hip, knee, and hallux joints. Prolonged epidural analgesia causes increase of blood flow. Intervertebral hernia decreases the efficiency of treatment. All patients, compared to the healthy participants, had decreased amplitudes of intentionally evoked electric activity of lateral and medial heads of hip quadriceps and soleus muscle of shin at the side of lesion, as well as increased thresholds and decrease of maximal amplitude of М— and Н-responses of soleus muscle. On the counterlateral side, such changes are not observed. Prolonged epidural analgesia leads to increase of amplitudes of intentionally evoked electric activity, decrease of thresholds and increase of maximal amplitude of motor and reflex responses. Thus, treatment has a positive effect on the state of motor apparatus of large joints of lower extremity both at peripheral and central levels with and without accompanying pathologies.
