    The article presents the biological effects, classification and treatment programs for children’s fever, based on the World Health Organization recommendations. The current approaches to effective treatment of fever in children are overviewed. It is proved that the emergency care to patients with various manifestations of the febrile syndrome should be provided in certain phases.
