The article presents observations of prenatal diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias in 17 fetuses in terms at 28–36 weeks of gestation. Ultrasound signs of arrhythmias, the results of additional research methods and tactics of pregnancy are described. The experience of medication treatment of fetal arrhythmias is presented, the obtained results are analyzed. We outline a complex of measures to optimize the detection of fetal arrhythmias. The tactics of pregnancy depending on the detected nosology is considered. An analysis of clinical cases demonstrated a necessity for comprehensive approach to prenatal diagnosis and treatment of fetal arrhythmias.
