    Of great interest today is the state of health of babies born with assisted reproductive technologies.

    The purpose of our study was to investigate health of babies born as a result of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).

    Material and methods. We analyzed the health status of 35 full term and 47 preterm infants born from singleton and multiple pregnancies after application of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). The comparison group consisted of 45 full term and 46 preterm infants born from singleton and multiple spontaneous pregnancies.

    Results. Features of health conditions of full term babies born as a result of assisted reproductive technologies are: high frequency of syndrome perinatal hypoxic pathology of CNS (p < 0,001), pathology of cardiovascular system (p < 0,001), and intrauterine growth retardation (р < 0,001). Preterm infants born with ART were characterized by extremely low body weight (8,5%), perinatal nervous system pathologies (р = 0,012), and pathology of the respiratory system. It requires resuscitation measures (p < 0,001) and artificial lung ventilation.

    Conclusion. The obtained data testify to the high incidence of babies born with assisted reproductive technologies.
