Results of a cohort prospective study of 71 women with uncomplicated pregnancy and fetal loss syndrome are presented in article. Concentration of markers was defined in the 22-24th, 32-34th weeks of pregnancy, in primigravidas and multigravidas separately. As a result of a research it is defined that the hypoxia gene expression at the multigravidas of HIF1A grows with pregnancy progressing, similar dynamics is observed also concerning a molecule of adhesion ICAM1. However, at the primagravidas in the first half of a gestation the expression of HIF1A is higher than by the end of pregnancy, and on the contrary, concentration of ICAM1 increases to the third trimester of pregnancy. The study of hypoxia markers HIF1A, ICAM1, VCAM-1 is necessary for understanding the mechanisms of obstetrical pathology in pregnant women, primarily with varicose veins of the pelvis, which can be a physiological phenomenon.
Key words: cell adhesion molecules, pregnancy loss, ICAM1, VCAM1, HIF1.
