Objective of the work is to summarize new facts of the pregnancy peculiarities, childbirth and the postpartum period of women with the syndrome of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.

The article presents the literature review of the features of etiology and pathogenesis of obstetric complications, course of pregnancy by trimester, childbirth and the postpartum period of women with the syndrome of undifferentiated connective tissue dysphasia (UCTD).

Results. The changes of endometrium that lead to the implantation and nidation disorders, miscarriage of women with the syndrome of UCTD are described. Pathogenetic mechanisms of cervical insufficiency, premature birth, placental insufficiency, anemia of pregnancy, preeclampsia and anomalies of labor activity are indicated. The issues of uterine scar consolidation after the Caesarean section of women with the UCTD syndrome are studied. The newborn health condition of women with the UCTD syndrome is characterized by hypoxic complication, weight not corresponding to the gestational age, and probable developmental anomalies.

Conclusion. Pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period of women of reproductive age with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia syndrome are complicated due to systemic hereditary connective tissue structure disorder, while the UCTD syndrome is burdened by the gestational process.

Key words: syndrome of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, connective tissue, microelements, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, scar on uterus, newborns.
