The article presents a clinical case of primary hyperparathyroidism with atypical localization of parathyroid glands adenomas, complicated with thyroid gland pathology, which was difficult to diagnose and treat. The variability of the disease clinical manifestations, along with complexity of diagnosing, makes it necessary to further study this disease and improve diagnostic methods in everyday clinical practice, as well as to optimize the treatment of patients with primary hyperparathyroidism.

    Key words: hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, osteoporosis.
