The article refers to features of neurologic status in children and teenagers with back pain associated with connective tissue dysplasia. Frequency of connective tissue dysplasia with varying severity in children with back pain is shown. Features of pain syndromes in case of connective tissue dysplasia are described. The most common neurological syndromes and functional disorders of the vertebral segments are revealed. It is shown that the most frequent are autonomic dysfunction syndrome, diffuse muscle hypotonia syndrome, changes in the pyramidal and coordination parts of the central nervous system.
