 A pronounced prevalence of connective tissue dysplasia is recorded in the population. This connective tissue (CT) pathology is represented by hereditary and polygenic multifactor disorders in the CT development. The latter disorders are considered within the framework of undifferentiated variants of CT dysplasia. Undifferentiated dysplasia of CT (UDCT) is observed in 10–30% of the population; some authors believe that the frequency of individual signs of UCTD is much higher and is observed in 84.5% of the population.

The use of various orthoses stabilizing the joints and spine in patients with UCTD was considered expedient. Patients with UCTD need an individual approach to the appointment of therapeutic gymnastic, sports exercises, as well as games. Physiotherapy with ultrasound, constant pulsed currents, sinusoidal modulated currents, and hydrotherapy is used to relieve pain in the muscular-articular syndrome. It is advisable to use manual therapy and acupuncture. Medical massage (vacuum, manual) is actively used.

Thus, with UCTD, it is necessary to prescribe physiotherapy exercises, manual therapy, physiotherapy, therapeutic massage, reflexology, and it is also advisable to select technical means of rehabilitation.
