     The article is devoted to psychological consulting as social rehabilitation method for ophthalmological patients. Damaged visual function of a child may influence the character of his/her parents. The parents’ attitude to the disabled child is the way to health or disease. That is why it is very important to teach parents about how to behave with a child. Family consulting is a method allowing parents to obtain qualified psychological assistance in order to create correcting family environment.
