The article presents the first experience of endoscopic surgical treatment of sciatic hernia in a 1 month old girl. The anatomy, clinic, data of laboratory and instrumental studies and methodology of operational treatment are described. The presented case shows the possibility of using minimally invasive computer assisted surgery is a method of treatment of a rare disease ― sciatic hernia in children. Similar reports were not found in the available literature.
