This article presents a clinical case of successful surgical treatment of false popliteal artery aneurysm and tibioperoneal stem. Autogenous prosthetics of a tibioperoneal trunk and a peroneal artery was performed. The postoperative period was within normal limits.
The incidence of a false aneurysm of the tibioperoneal stem varies from 1 to 3.7% and is a consequence of injuries and infections.
