High prevalence rate of musculoskeletal system disorders, early disability in consequence of musculoskeletal system pathology, lead to increased high-technology medical care requirements — replacement arthroplasty. The result of surgical measures depends on cooperation of primary care physician and traumatologist-orthopaedist. The authors give recommendations to primary care physicians on how to manage patient in perioperative period, which will help to reduce the risk of postsurgical complications, to shorten time limits of rehabilitation period and to increase the timescale of endoprosthetic implant survival rate.
