The article presents literature data and a clinical observation of a patient of reproductive age with arteriovenous malformation of the uterus. X-ray endovascular treatment methods provide an opportunity to comprehensively assess the features and extent of the pathological process. At the same time, the decision to use X-ray endovascular embolization of arteriovenous malformation is an effective and prompt method of eliminating the pathology in a certain group of patients. A personalized approach to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with arteriovenous transformation of the uterus, timely diagnosis, and selection of the optimal treatment method improving the quality of life of patients are currently the key tasks of a gynecologist.
