Combined inflammatory diseases of the nose, paranasal sinuses and middle ear take the leading positions among the pathology of ENT organs. Clinical symptoms of the inflammation of the rhinosinusotubal area are varied, which complicates the early diagnosis of this condition and pathogenetic treatment. The article presents our experience of observing 54 patients with this pathology. The features of treatment of this group of patients according to the developed scheme are considered. The main points of therapy are: primary sanation of purulent process in the paranasal sinuses and mild elimination therapy, which promotes the normal rheological properties of the secretion and improves the natural drainage of the sinuses and middle ear.
Key words: rhinosinusitis, tubootitis, dysfunction of Eustachian tube.
