The article presented adetailed review of data onmucociliary clearance and tracheobronchitalsecretion in norm and lungs pathology in children. Modern methods of expectorative and mucolytic therapy are given. Practical references on its rational application at acute and chronic bronchopulmonarypathology in children of various ages are provided.
Key words: children, expectorative and mucolytic therapy.
