Рaralysis — severe manifestation of lesion of somatic motor system. Existing methods of treatment have a fairly low efficiency, therefore development and introduction of new methods of rehabilitation treatment will remain in high demand a long time. In this regard, the rehabilitation concept of three-level effects on the nervous system and motor apparatus was proposed, thereby allowing better restore damaged motor skills of patients and to improve their living and social adaptation. Effectiveness of this rehabilitation concept has been proven in group of patients with multiple sclerosis and patients in the early recovery period of ischemic stroke. Also, very important is the principle of continuity in the process of gradual rehabilitation of the patient. Further researches on how to improve the three-level rehabilitation are required.
Key words: rehabilitation, treatment, multiple sclerosis, ischemic stroke, pyramidal system, paralysis, concept of three-level effect.
