This article is devoted to the actual problem of modern medicine — the tactics of treatment of patients with distal venous thrombosis of lower extremities The comparative results demonstrating the effectiveness of a new oral anticoagulant Rivaroxaban compared to traditionally used therapy vitamin K antagonists.
