The article presents results of 1114 endoscopic procedures in 858 patients with non-neoplastic diseases of hepatobiliary area. Indications for different ways of transpappilar and intraduct procedures (endoscopic papillosphincterotomy, lithotripsy, lithoextraction, baloon dilatation, nasobiliary stenting) were formulated. Complications after endoscopic procedures and their reasons were researched. Different postoperative complications (endoscopic papillosphincterotomy-induced pancreatitis, bleeding, duodenum perforation) occurred in 33 (6.5%) patients, with general mortality of 0.2% and mortality after EPST of 0.55%.
Key words: endoscopic procedures, non-neoplastic diseases, hepatobiliar area, post-operative complications.
