The review is based on Cyberleninka, PubMed, MedArt, and CNMB databases. To date, endometrial receptivity appears to be one of the main characteristics that determine the level of fertility in a wide range of gynecologic diseases. For example, infertility associated with uterine myoma, external genital endometriosis, adenomyosis and chronic endometritis is determined, in particular, by the level of endometrial receptivity. At the same time, changes in the endometrium interpreted as manifestations of chronic endometritis are detected to a greater or lesser extent in all the described diseases.
The purpose objective is to facilitate the search for the most effective ways to overcome infertility associated with endometrial receptivity disorder.
Key words: receptivity, fertility, uterine myoma, endometriosis, chronic endometritis.
