 In this study we discuss a clinical case of autoimmune ophtalmopathy with the favorable outcome. The article presents the anamnesis, the clinical symptoms dynamics, and the results of ophthalmic instrumental investigations. The efficiency of methylprednisolone pulse therapy is demonstrated. It is necessary to remember about early diagnostic and prescription of the proper treatment of endocrine ophtalmopathy in patients with hyperthyroidism, which eeficiently decreases the risk of severe complications such as keratopathy, corneal ulcer, orbital fibrosis, optical neuropathy, and optic nerve atrophy.
