Under the conditions of poor provision of the rural population with hospital aid and ambulatory-policlinical establishments, there is a need to preserve and increase the availability of the medical, including specialized medical, aid for rural dwellers. The main organizational and practical forms are presented, as well as the degree of their efficiency.
