Analysis of the results of antibiotic therapy in 58 patients with acute pancreatitis was performed. All patients with suppurative complications underwent operations. Omental and retroperitoneal abscesses were drained with low-invasive techniques (puncture drainage under US control), and the widely spread forms of infection were operated with traditional «open» techniques ― laparotomy, marsupialization, lumbotomy. The main group of patients consisted of 30 patients admitted to the clinic with aseptic pancreatic necrosis. In this group the patients received interstitial electrophoresis during 8±4 days. The comparison group consisted of 28 patients who received traditional conservative therapy. In the main group the clinical laboratory indication normalized by the 10^th day, the suppurative complication reduced by 13%, and lethality reduced by 10% (15% in the comparison group).
