The research for the first time studies the clinical efficiency and satisfaction of parents with treatment of acute aspiratory diseases using various therapeutic regimes: paracetamol, ibuprofen and their combination within the drug Ibuklin Junior®. The drug choice was due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action and a wider range of pharmacological activity. Timely prescription of a nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug Ibuklin Junior® to patients with fever had a longer febrifugal effect, which significantly reduced the period of recovery.
Key words: children, fever, acute aspiratory disease, paracetamol, ibuprofen, Ibuklin Junior®, compliance.
