The comparative analysis of early postoperative cognitive dysfunctions (POСD) was carried out in two groups of patients. The research objective was to determine the frequency, severity and dynamics of the early postoperative cognitive disorders in patients undergoing combined radical reconstructive-plastic surgery, depending on deferent factors. The study revealed the POСD association with the operation longevity and traumatic character, as well as with longevity of anesthesia and general anesthesia implementing.
Key words: postoperative cognitive dysfunction, combined reconstructive-plastic surgery, general and regional anesthesia.
