In 2015 Center of Outpatient Traumatology and Orthopedics of Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital had 1192 patients with partial damage of a closed capsule-ligament apparatus of the knee joint. We used the principle of staged medical rehabilitation with the use of orthoses and physiotherapy. The result of the early dosed increase of the dynamic load to the damaged knee joint, which is achieved by changing the degree of fixation, showed a steady improvement in the damaged segment functioning.
