The article presents the results of endoprosthesis placement with crossed femoro-femoral bypass in 18 patients with rupture and threat of rupture of infrarenal aorta aneurysm. The authors show the tactics and the choice of the treatment method of an aneurism rupture and the symptomatic aneurisms of infrarenal section of aorta under the conditions of a hybrid operating room.
