An assessment of dynamics of health of 519 premature infants during the first three years of life was made. Children were divided into three groups: the 1^st group — with extremely low body weight — 44 children, the 2^nd group — with very low body weight — 142 babies, the 3^rd group — with low body weight — 333 babies. It was revealed that outcomes of perinatal pathologies varied during the first three years of life — from apparently healthy to those with disabilities. The number of healthy children increases by the 3 years. Psychomotor development also improves in cognitive and motor aspects. Linguistic development remains very poor.
