 Purpose. To substantiate differential programs of medical-pedagogical support of children during their physical education, taking into account the state of orthopedic apparatus (OA) and the type of psycho-somatic constitution (PSC), and to show their efficiency.

Materials and methods. Comparative analysis was carried out of the state of health of 5–7 y.o. children attending pre-school educational institutions (PSEI) and having a pathology of orthopedic apparatus (OA) – 80 people and without the OA pathology – 60 people. The type of PSC, physical development and physical training were assessed, as well as nervous-mental development (NMD), resistance, OA condition, emotional state, and psycho-functional preparedness to school.

Results. Children with OA pathology have a lower level of physical training, NMD, more somatic diseases, visual pathologies, and central nervous system pathologies. They show introvert orientation of metal activity and unfavorable emotional state, including during the physical training and curative physical training lessons. Awareness of these features allowed arranging health-improving measures in PSEI, including the optimal motor regime and differential support depending on the PSC type. The authors marked improvement of the children’s health in general and OA state in particular. The quality of the children’s mastering educational programs at school increased.

Conclusion. The differential programs of children’s support during their physical education, taking into account their type of psycho-somatic constitution, allow increasing the efficiency of health0iomproving and quality of preparing the children for school.
