The article presents the literature data and clinical observation of a patient with Weber — Christian disease. The authors demonstrate the complexity of the diagnostic search in this nosology. The correct and timely diagnosis and treatment determine a good prognosis in patients with Weber — Christian panniculitis.

Key words: Weber — Christian disease, panniculitis, nodular of Pfeifer — Weber — Christian panniculitis, idiopathic immunoallergical adipose tissue inflammation, lipogranuloma.
