The purpose — to describe cases of enterobiosis that occurred with atypical clinical symptoms or cross-immunological reactions to pathogens of tissue helminthiasis (echinococcus, trichinella) and intestinal parasites (ascaris, Giardia).

Material and methods. 5 clinical cases of enterobiosis are described, the results of parasitological and enzyme immunoassays are presented.

Results. The studied clinical cases showed that enterobiosis in children can occur without characteristic clinical symptoms. It can be accompanied by hypereosinophilia and cross-immunological reactions to pathogens of tissue helminthiasis (echinococcus, trichinella) and intestinal parasites (ascaris, Giardia). This requires careful differential diagnosis and long-term follow-up after treatment with anthelmintics.

Key words: children, enterobiosis, clinic, diagnosis.
