The article analyzes experience of diagnosis and treatment of 560 patients with secretory mastopathy complicated with galactophoritis. An algorithm of examination of the patients with pathological purulent discharge from the ducts of the mammary glands is made. Complex conservative therapy, including anti-inflammatory and antibacterial component allows to achieve full recovery to 92.5% and prevents the development of not-lactational mastitis.
