The article presents the results of examination and treatment of 22 patients (21 women and 1 man) suffering from pain in the coccyx. The causes and clinical manifestations of pain in the coccyx were described. The article presents the tactics of treating patients with this pathology. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of observing and treating this group of patients. The complex examination and treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with this disease.
