Diagnosis and treatment of Kasabach – Merritt syndrome in children of one year old

A solitary hemangioma with consumption thrombocytopenia (Kasabach – Merritt syndrome) is a rare in occurrence disease. Up to the present time diagnosis and treatment of this disease make certain difficulties. In this article we describe two clinical cases of Kasabach – Merritt syndrome.
