The article presents the clinical features of chronic brucellosis at the present stage, the issues of diagnosis and treatment based on the results of own observations of patients with lesions of musculoskeletal system and nervous system, registered in the Republic of Tatarstan. The characteristic of clinical and epidemiological, laboratory and instrumental diagnosis of chronic brucellosis in various diagnostic aspects are considered, as well as issues of etiopathogenetic therapy.
