The analysis of treatment of 477 patients with acute intestinal obstruction is performed. Diagnostic algorithms have been developed for different types of acute intestinal obstruction. The modern approaches to the treatment of acute obturation intestinal obstruction of tumor genesis, adhesive and strangulated intestinal obstruction form are formulated.
