    Diabetes mellitus refers to a widespread disease. One of the most common gastrointestinal manifestations in patients with diabetes is diabetic gastroparesis. In diabetic gastroparesis of correction of priority importance choice safe and effective prokinetic, which today is itopride hydrochloride.
