    The article presents the results of treatment of 902 patients with ischemic and mixed forms of diabetic foot syndrome. The proposed comprehensive program of diagnostic accuracy in patients of this group, including the use of distal angiography, which allows to determine the indications for reconstructive vascular operations, allowing to reduce the number of high amputation. The application of the system of local vacuum therapy Negative pressure wound treatment (NPWT), methods immobilize insulating unloading dressings total contact cast (TTS) in the complex treatment promotes the healing of wounds and earlier rehabilitation.
