Dermatovenereological diseases in HIV-infected patients

The article presents the results of uptake of HIV-infected persons in Republican Clinical Dermatovenereology Dispensary in 2013. The HIV-infected patients in the Clinic were analyzed by age and sex characteristics (the males aged 30-39 years dominated). The structural characteristics was given of concomitant dermatovenereological diseases among HIV-infected patients of the dispensary in 2013 (sexually transmitted infections 28.2%, diseases of the genitourinary system — 5.2%, skin diseases — 22%). The risk of in-hospital HIV infection, including the professional infection of clinic personnel, remains high, which demands further research and taking measures for prevention of in-hospital infection.
