The authors estimate the efficiency of preventive and therapeutic doses of vitamin D in the form of water solution (Akvadetrim), and trace the correlation between the vitamin D level and resistance index in sickly children (r= -0.73, p<0.001).

Key words: sickly children, provision with vitamin D, Akvadetrim.
