    The article presents the analysis of publications of the Russian and foreign authors — angioneurologists, which allows to evaluate the main opinions and discussions on the vascular brain pathology in children. A range of causes of cerebral hemodynamics disorders in children is presented, as well as ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. The modern requirements to the diagnosis of cerebral circulation disorders in children and adolescents are discussed. The authors present the results of research of 51 patients with cerebrovascular insufficiency, its clinical manifestations and comorbid symptoms.
