The article presents the results of research on the effectiveness of psychosocial rehabilitation of patients with paranoid schizophrenia in Medical Rehabilitation Department of Psychoneurologic Dispensary. The study revealed conditions involving patients in rehabilitation programs. The obtained data show the dynamic of clinical and psycho-social characteristics of the patients of the main group — involved into rehabilitation, and the patients from comparative group. The factors influencing the rehabilitation result were defined.
