    The article presents the results of inspection of 97 patients aged from 9 till 17. The Doppler way of determination of the hemodynamic significance of blood-groove violations in a celiac trunk in children is described. Indicators were estimated on empty stomach and after carrying out test with food loading. New data were obtained, while 50 children were revealed with hemodynamically significant and insignificant violations of blood circulation in celiac trunk.

    According to test results with food loading in 8 patients, the high-speed indicators in spleen artery reliably decreased. Basing on the obtained data, the criteria of hemodynamic significance of celiac trunk compression lesions in children are specified.
