The retrospective analysis has been made of the course of pregnancy in 278 women and the state of 215 full-term newborns with dysfunctional abnormalities. The risk factors in women are listed, which negatively influence the fetus reactivity and increases the probability of disadaptation of the newborns. Direct connection is found between dysfunctional state of the newborn’s organs and systems and the severity and duration of abnormalities in organs and tissues of the mother.

Key words: extragenital pathology, newborns, dysfunctional state.
