The article presents a clinical case of correction of induced disorder of the corneal surface regularity. The patient asked to correct myopia. During the surgery a flap with partial button-hole was formed on one eye. Reoperation was performed after 6 months by topography-guided photo-refraction keratonomy using keratotopography and KeraSkan program. 1 month after the surgery we got the maximal visual acuity and satisfactory index data of regularity and corneal asymmetry, which proves the security and predictability of the results of personalized laser ablation.
Key words: induced refractive error, topography-guided PRK, KeraScan, LASIK, LASIK complications.
