The article presents results of examination of 66 patients with chronic periodontal disease of varying severity with active chronic virus hepatitis C, including at its outcome to cirrhosis (n=15). The main indicators of vascular placelet and plasma links of hemostasis are characterized depending on the severity of periodontal disease and activity of chronic HCV infection. Data is given on the stages of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC syndrome): from a hyper coagulative phase at a chronic periodontal disease of moderate severity in patients with the active chronic hepatitis (HCV) to the expressed hypocoagulation — with heavy chronic periodontal disease with cirrhosis in HCV outcome.
