The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of preconception preparation in women with a history of iron deficiency. The complex preconception preparation with pathogenic drugs for the correction of the main risk factors of iron deficiency allowed normalizing the hematological and ferrokinetic parameters before the planned moment of conception. There was determined a significant reduction in the incidence of pregnancy and delivery complications in women with iron deficiency anemia when making a complex preconception preparation.
