In pediatric practice, the problem of hematuria is the most difficult problem of differential diagnosis. This is due to the variety of causes of hematuria in children, from simple urinary tract infections to various glomerulopathies. The article presents a clinical case that is of great interest as a long diagnostic search for the causes of hematuria. The combination of concomitant pathology and comorbid conditions determines a comprehensive approach to the examination, which ultimately allowed establishing the disease cause and determining the optimal treatment strategy.
Key words: children, hemangioma, urethra, hematuria, differential diagnosis.
